Brighter AB (publ) is proud to announce that its pioneering solution for improved diabetes management, Actiste®, has received market approval from the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (“MOHAP”). Brighter often refers to the benefit loop, which illustrates how Actiste benefits everyone. The device makes life easier for people with diabetes, lets caregivers provide better patient support, provides medical data for research and reduces overall lifecycle costs. Brighter has initiated a partnership with The Provincial Government of West Java, Indonesia, and will as part of this deliver 100 Actiste to support diabetes patients in the region. Within the framework of the collaboration, West Java and Brighter will train healthcare staff at local hospitals in administering the service and the data-driven Summary Brighter has signed two 5-year distribution agreements with companies in Nigeria and Ghana. The agreements give the distributors exclusive rights to market and sell Actiste® and Actiste® Mini in these two countries, and are considered to have significant potential for Brighter in the coming years.
